PARKING:

Metered parking is available on West Liberty Avenue. The Dormont public parking lot is also available with metered parking spaces. It is located on the west side of West Liberty Avenue between Kelton Avenue and Hillside Avenue. As a courtesy, Trillium Natural Medicine will reimburse patients for parking fees.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Payment is due in full at time of service. Trillium Natural Medicine accepts cash, checks, Visa or MasterCard.

INSURANCE COVERAGE:

Many health plans now cover acupuncture and various natural therapies. Although we do not accept insurance, we will provide you with all the necessary information and codes in order for you to submit your own claim for reimbursement from you insurance company.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Out of courtesy for our wait list patients, if you are unable to make your appointment, please call the office to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to provide care to our patients that need services as soon as possible. If you fail to comply you will be responsible for your office visit payment in full.

Trillium Natural Medicine offers a comprehensive natural pharmacy. We prescribe natural medications that are consistent with Naturopathic and Chinese medicine philosophies and healthy lifestyle choices. Many of the natural medications are prescribed on an individual basis and sold through the office only. However, the Virtual Dispensary is available for online ordering of many commonly used items.
